A few things to know.

Does it track calories?

No. Protein only.

What does Pro add?

Pro adds food-label scanning, protein estimates from meal photos and descriptions, iCloud sync and Apple Health integration. Pro is a subscription, with options and prices shown in the app.

Where do the protein amounts come from?

Enter values from food packaging or reuse a preset. With Pro, scan a nutrition label or estimate protein from a meal photo or description. AI estimates can be inaccurate, especially when portions or ingredients are unclear. Review the estimate and portion before saving. Scanning and AI are unavailable in the mainland China App Store.

Do I need an account?

No app account or sign-up is required. Optional Pro iCloud sync uses an Apple iCloud account. Read the privacy policy.

How much protein should I aim for?

You choose the goal. The app includes a general protein goal calculator. It doesn't provide personalized medical or dietary advice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about a goal suited to your circumstances.

How do I manage or cancel Pro?
