Manage Pro, cancel a subscription or request a refund
Understand Pro features and where Apple manages billing.
Pro features
Pro adds food-label scanning, meal-photo and text estimates, iCloud sync and Apple Health integration. Label recognition starts on your device; optional AI help follows your upload choice. Scan and AI estimates are unavailable in the mainland China App Store. Available features, prices, trial and renewal terms appear in the app before purchase.
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. AI requests have ongoing service costs; there is no one-time AI allowance purchase.
Manage or cancel
Open Settings from the gear icon at the top-right, then Manage subscription . You can also follow Apple's cancellation guide from your App Store subscription settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Check the subscription screen for its renewal or access-end date.
Restore access
Use the purchase screen's restore option if you previously purchased with the same App Store account. Make sure the account matches the purchase. Contact me if access still doesn't appear.
